How to ask GitHub to delete your data
Signed-in users click their profile picture > Settings > Account, then under Delete account choose Delete your account and confirm by typing the username or email and a prompted phrase. Requests can also be emailed to GitHub's privacy address.

- 45 days, extendable by another 45 for complex cases

- Says content cannot be restored after deletion. For deletion requests it lists exceptions for legal obligations, fraud detection, abuse investigations and security fixes.
