USADATA, Inc is a data broker registered in California and based in New York, NY. A data broker collects and sells personal details about people it has no direct relationship with, so you never hear from it first. Ways to ask it: request by email, privacy page.
How to ask USADATA, Inc to remove your information
- Open USADATA, Inc's page on California privacy rights , the one it gave the state.
- Choose the request you want. California privacy law lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you, to stop selling or sharing it, and to tell you what it has.
- Keep a copy of what you send and the date. Some brokers ask you to confirm who you are before they act.
- Check again in a few months. Brokers can add you back when they refresh their records, so one request is not always the end of it.

In its own words
We do not collect personal information directly from consumers. USADATA licenses/ resells audience datasets from major third-party compilers (e.g., Acxiom, Data Axle, Epsilon) and processes them under contract. We do not create or maintain an independent consumer database, and we do not enrich records beyond quality assurance. Where a provider or client indicates a consumer has opted out, we do not sell or make that consumer’s information available. Consumers should submit access/opt-out/delete requests directly to the original data providers or the originating business; we will honor those signals and propagate suppressions accordingly.
