Opt out of Evorra Ltd

Evorra Ltd is a data broker registered in California and based in London, England. A data broker collects and sells personal details about people it has no direct relationship with, so you never hear from it first. Ways to ask it: request by email, privacy page.

How to ask Evorra Ltd to remove your information

  1. Open Evorra Ltd's page on California privacy rights , the one it gave the state.
  2. Choose the request you want. California privacy law lets you ask a business to delete the personal information it holds about you, to stop selling or sharing it, and to tell you what it has.
  3. Keep a copy of what you send and the date. Some brokers ask you to confirm who you are before they act.
  4. Check again in a few months. Brokers can add you back when they refresh their records, so one request is not always the end of it.

In its own words

Virtually all denials of deletion and opt-out requests were due to third-parties that submitted opt-out/deletion requests on behalf of consumers but did not provide information of the consumer (such as an email address) needed to process the request. The number of opt-outs fulfilled may in certain reporting periods exceed the total volume of opt-out requests received because Evorra adds users who have requested data to be deleted to our opt-out list, even if the user did not specifically ask to be added to Evorra’s opt-out list.
